Meet Marc, a seasoned mortgage professional with over three decades of experience in the industry.
Marc kickstarted his career as a mortgage loan officer in the 1980s with Norwest Mortgage, now a part of Wells Fargo, based in Albuquerque, NM. Over the years, he has honed his expertise in both residential and commercial real estate, specializing in mortgage and equity financing.
Marc's impressive portfolio extends beyond traditional lending roles. He has played a pivotal role in the development of residential subdivisions in New Mexico and Oklahoma, meticulously overseeing all project facets. His real estate ventures span diverse territories, from constructing and managing townhomes to owning and rehabilitating apartment complexes in Oklahoma. Additionally, Marc's ownership includes a 140,000 square foot office building in SE Kansas, triple-net lease retail stores, and a notable note portfolio.
Driven by a passion for community service, Marc actively volunteers and lends his expertise to construction projects for non-profit organizations. His geographical journey has taken him across the United States Midwest and Southwest, New York City, and even Ireland, enriching his perspective and understanding of diverse markets.
Presently, Marc calls the vibrant Wichita, Kansas area his home. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Marc is committed to serving clients with professionalism and dedication, offering comprehensive solutions tailored to their unique needs.
